According to the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), in order to meet the objective needs of economic and social development and scientific and technological progress, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with the Ministry of Transport, organized relevant experts to formulate the National Professional Skills Standard for Divers (Version 20 19) (hereinafter referred to as the Standard).
Based on the People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) Occupational Classification Ceremony (version 20 15), this standard describes the professional activities of divers in a standardized and detailed manner in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the Technical Specification for the Compilation of National Vocational Skills Standards (version 20 18) and the guiding ideology of "professional activities as the guide and professional skills as the core".
The skill level and theoretical knowledge level of employees at all levels are clearly defined.
At the same time, appropriate adjustments are made according to the particularity and high risk of diver's occupation, which reflects the characteristics of diver's occupation and the actual needs of human resource management.
According to relevant regulations, this standard divides this profession into five levels: level 5/junior worker, level 4/intermediate worker, level 3/senior worker, level 2/technician and level 1/senior technician, including four aspects: occupation profile, basic requirements, post requirements and weight table.
