Wu Fenghua, 1970+0 1, born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, is a young student of Shaoxing Opera School, studying under Fan Ruijuan, a member of Chinese Dramatists Association and a national first-class actor. He is currently the secretary and deputy director of the Party branch of Hua Xiaobai Yue Opera Art Learning Center in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City (merged from Shaoxing Hua Xiaobai Yue Opera Troupe and Art School), the vice chairman of Zhejiang Dramatists Association and the chairman of Shaoxing Dramatists Association.
