The "Hundred Flowers Plan" is sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial Civil Affairs Department. From 20 17, 407 town (street) social work service stations will be built in two batches. Each social work station is equipped with 3-8 social workers, who are directly employed by the town (street) and supervised by the province.

Social workers base themselves on township streets, go deep into the countryside, and open up the last mile of civil affairs services for the needy people, families and communities.

Importance of "Hundred Flowers Plan";

Looking at the development of social work in Guangdong Province since 10, it has developed rapidly on the whole, but the funds, institutions and talents are mainly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region, and there are still problems in social work in the eastern and western regions of Guangdong Province, such as lack of talents, lack of funds and lack of paths.

The implementation of "Hundred Flowers Plan" hopes to break the bottleneck of unbalanced regional development of social work in Guangdong Province and promote the all-round development of social work in Guangdong Province.
