⑴ Mainly engaged in the research on the cellular and molecular biological mechanism and behavior of drug dependence, and undertaking the preclinical evaluation of pharmacodynamics, general pharmacology, toxicology and drug dependence of Chinese and western medicines.
⑵ A set of international methods for evaluating mental dependence and physical dependence has been established, and on this basis, the mechanism of drug dependence has been extensively and deeply studied, which has always maintained a leading position in China.
2. Clinical pharmacological research
⑴ Clinical experimental research mainly focuses on pharmacokinetics, bioequivalence and drug detection.
(2) To undertake the SDA detection task and establish a drug abuse detection laboratory for multiple drugs in biological samples.
⑶ In terms of mechanism, the brain receptor imaging technology for drug addicts has been studied, and preliminary results have been achieved.
⑷ Clinical research includes clinical research and clinical application research of new drugs. There are I wards meeting GCP standards, and evaluation methods for clinical research of various new drugs have been established, and clinical experimental research has been carried out in strict accordance with GCP regulations issued by National Medical Products Administration.
(5) Study on analgesic therapy and drug therapy.
3. Epidemiological investigation of drug dependence.
It is an interdisciplinary comprehensive research project to study the epidemic situation, characteristics, distribution and prevention of drug abuse by using epidemiological and sociological research methods. In recent years, the following research has been carried out:
(1) to monitor drug abuse in key areas of the country, and regularly report the monitoring data to National Medical Products Administration and the Anti-drug Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security;
(2) Carry out a number of epidemiological surveys nationwide, including drug abuse epidemiological survey, epidemiological factor survey, drug abuse and AIDS-related research, and drug relapse epidemiological survey after detoxification;
⑶ Epidemiological investigation on the use of psychoactive substances by students in some areas;
⑷ Epidemiological investigation on drug dependence of dihydroetorphine, tramadol, triazolam, cough drops, central stimulants (ice, "ecstasy") and buprenorphine;
(5) National survey on the quality of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs;
[6] Epidemiological investigation on the current situation of cancer pain in China and the causes affecting the treatment of cancer pain.
