Interviews are generally divided into three levels:
The first-level interview generally refers to the initial test of the human resources department.
The second-level interview is an interview with the head of the employing department, and then you will be asked professional questions. At this time, it may be that the human resources department has not given your resume to the employing department, and the employing supervisor may ask if you have a resume. )
The third-level interview is the interview that finally decides to hire you, that is, the interview of the person in charge of the center. (or boss) This is the last hurdle to decide whether you can finally succeed in the interview.
Generally, it may only take two trips. Either the first level and the second level are carried out on the same day, or after the second level, the third level is set on the same day.
In the second or third grade, you should bring all kinds of certificates. If all goes well, you can apply for employment.
