According to Tibet Daily, Ren Wei has become the youngest deputy ministerial cadre in China.

According to the official resume, Ren was born in1May 1976 and went to Tsinghua University to study in1May 1993. In 2003, Dr. Tsinghua University graduated and worked for China Guodian Group. He has served as deputy manager (presiding) of the planning and development department of Guodian Science and Technology Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of the company and deputy director of the political work department.
