This project has met the bidding conditions. Now, the general contract of EPC project of Ganxian Cultural and Sports Center is invited for public bidding, and potential bidders who are willing (hereinafter referred to as applicants) are invited to apply for prequalification.

2.4 General situation of the project (scale): The total construction area of this project is 79740m2, including four-story reinforced concrete stadium+12,550m2, three-story reinforced concrete gymnasium+02,550m2, two-story reinforced concrete swimming pool+5,800m2, six-story reinforced concrete cultural building (cultural service center) 20700m2 and four-story reinforced concrete civic activity center/kloc.

2.5 Source and implementation of funds: The source of funds is the special bonds and self-raised funds applied by the construction unit, and the funds have been implemented;

3. Qualification requirements of the applicant

3.2. 1 design qualification: having comprehensive engineering design qualification or construction engineering design qualification or construction (building engineering) professional design qualification issued by the construction administrative department;

3.2.2 Construction qualification: Grade II or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects issued by the construction administrative department;

3.4 Requirements of the person in charge of the proposed project:

3.4. 1 Qualification requirements of the general contracting project manager (person in charge of general contracting project) to be dispatched: he must have the first-class registered architect qualification or the first-class registered architect qualification of construction engineering, be registered in his own unit, and not be the project manager of other projects under construction;

3.7 This prequalification accepts the prequalification application of the consortium. The leader of the consortium shall be the construction unit, and the members of the consortium shall not exceed 2. The consortium applicant shall attach the consortium agreement.

3.8 If the consortium participates in the prequalification application, once the consortium is united, its members shall not participate in the prequalification of this project alone or form a new consortium with other units to participate in the prequalification of this project.

6. Acquisition of prequalification documents
