Occupations that bid farewell to life are always associated with bad news and sadness. This industry that makes people "stay at a respectful distance from others" is an indispensable profession in society. I chose this profession only because I believe that my job is the most sacred: we send the dead off with love. Funeral home is the place where everyone will go in the future. I have the responsibility to make the last stop of my life warmer. My principle is: what employees are required to do must be done first. If my application is successful, what I want to do is: 1 I want to worry about losing my master, meet every request they put forward to the greatest extent, and often organize empathy activities such as "if I lose my master" among employees. 2. Implement the management of "a daily service code of conduct" and the "self-pressure" work method of "much ado about nothing" for employees, require strict "responsibility system of first inquiry" for bereaved people, require civilized language, don't say industry taboos, and disinfect equipment every day ... 3. No matter what you do, you can't do anything unconscionable, so that you can survive. I believe that with my efforts, our library will provide good service for the end of every life, comfort the living and make the dead walk safely.
