I received an interview notice from Budweiser two days ago. I was at 1: 45 this afternoon. I have little hope for this interview. My idea is to see what cattle people are like. At noon, I took a bus with a financial MM to the legendary five-star "Ruicheng Celebrity" (sweating to death, I started asking countless people in a street next to the hotel but still couldn't find the way).
I arrived in a hurry, signed in first, and then took a famous brand. Not very strict. I was divided into seven groups, group C. Let's start with Budweiser's group face. The group surface is a large group of 12 people, in which every four people are divided into one group, that is, ABC three groups. I am a group, and financial MM is the eighth group. I had nothing to do at first, and talked a lot with GG, a graduate student of Sichuan University. This GG is very talkative, and later I learned that he is the campus ambassador of Unilever. He was forced to come here this time ~ ~ stunned.
Later, in the waiting hall, the staff sent us the discussion materials about the chewing gum case. The procedure of this group meeting is to give you 30 minutes to read the case first, and then a large group of people will enter a separate interview room and sit down in groups. After half an hour's discussion, one person from each group will make a concluding speech, and finally the interviewer will ask questions. During the whole discussion, I felt a little confused, because there was still a certain distance between my major and marketing. On second thought, I also think I may be a little too aggressive. . . intolerable
Finally, our group initially divided the case through internal and external causes, and then further elaborated and explained it through internal causes with 4P. As far as our group is concerned, the only girl has played a very good role as a lubricant, and a GG from Caida University has also performed well. The rest of the GG of Sichuan Engineering University may be almost poor because of professional reasons, and their performance is average. Finally, in the group presentation stage, I made a final presentation on behalf of the whole group. I have to say that I was still a little nervous and some points were not clear.
Anyway ~ ~
After the presentation, the interviewer asked me two questions, one is why we should pursue the diversification of raw material suppliers, and the other is who is the best in our group. The first question is Blalalal, and my answer to the second question is the only girl in our group, because I really think she plays a great role.
At the end, I was about to leave when an interviewer came out and stopped me and GG from Sichuan University. Let's wait. I didn't know until I asked. It turned out that the second meeting would start later. Waiting is the most worrying thing. . . On the way, GG of Sichuan University and I have been speaking English, because both sides were bombarded by Chinese and English. Sadly, I originally agreed on the next day according to the online itinerary, but now I really have no time to prepare. . .
After a long wait, it is one-on-one and one-sided. My interviewer is a very kind aunt. The interview is about your resume, and then ask you how much you know about Anheuser-Busch InBev, the future development direction of beer, why you are suitable for this company, what has the greatest influence on you, what you have learned through this, and what you plan to say at the new employee welcome meeting if you can enter Anheuser-Busch InBev. . . Finally, she asked me what the problem was, and I asked stupidly: When can I know the notice at the earliest? She said it should be within tomorrow. (PS: I remember saying that, but on the Internet, another one was done unilaterally. Some people say that it is possible in 1 1 all month. . . )
That's about it. I came back from the plane because it was difficult to struggle in the car for a long time and my mind was confused. I just wrote a little. Let's take a look at it ~ ~ ~ Save the RP. Everyone has good suggestions!
