How can I find a good job?
1, choose the right employment unit. Many college students choose large enterprises and good units for employment, which is actually a misunderstanding of employment. Everyone must understand the reality that large enterprises or good units have low-quality jobs and small enterprises or bad units have high-quality jobs. As I said just now, the quality of work often determines the quality of life. Therefore, modern college students' employment should first consider the quality of work, not the size of the enterprise and the quality of the unit. What's more, the current social security mechanism is quite flexible and perfect.

2. Adapt to the current situation of enterprises. Darwin's theory of evolution has two famous definitions, one is "survival of the fittest" and the other is "survival of the fittest". However, in the process of social development, even in social real life, the law of "survival of the fittest" is not only questioned, but even denied, and only "survival of the fittest" becomes the only truth. As a new employee who has just entered the enterprise, if he wants to realize his ideal, he must first gain a foothold, and the only way to gain a foothold is to adapt to the present situation of the enterprise and integrate into the enterprise atmosphere. There are two reasons: (1) You don't have the ability and authority to change the enterprise; (2) In China, you can't get rid of the corporate bureaucracy. There is a famous "Parkinson's Law" in management, which means that an incompetent official usually has three ways out: one is to resign; The second is to ask capable people to help themselves; The third is to ask two people who are worse than themselves to be assistants. The first way can't go, because it will lose power; The second way is not good, because capable people will threaten their status; Therefore, officials usually choose the third way, which not only reduces their workload, but also does not have to worry that people who are worse than themselves will take away power. And two assistants with poor level will also ask people with poor level to be assistants, and so on, and finally form a system with bloated institutions, overstaffed people, wrangling and inefficiency.

I have been a journalist for 2 1 year, and interviewed nearly a thousand enterprises and institutions, and found two common phenomena: 1. If the head of an enterprise or unit does not have a formal national diploma, the number of members of its leadership team who have a diploma shall not exceed1/3; 2. The education level of the second-in-command and the lower-level leaders is generally not higher than that of the top leader. This is the typical performance of Parkinson's law in our state-owned enterprises and institutions. Although many enterprises and institutions in China are gradually changing this phenomenon after entering the 2 1 century, this phenomenon is still widespread. In this situation, there is only one result for a newly graduated college student to get ahead as soon as he goes to work: pack up and leave! But the situation in China is the same everywhere now. People can't always live in unstable job-hopping. Also remember two points: (1) Don't change jobs more than three times in your youth; (2) When applying for a new unit, don't exaggerate job-hopping as an experience, because this is a big taboo for examiners when applying for a job.

There is a saying that a leopard cannot change his spots. I said: a leopard cannot change his spots! If you want to change the world, you must first change yourself and integrate into the world. We photographers often say: I'll go if the mountain doesn't come!

3. Be a man with his tail between his legs first, and then gradually show your edge at an appropriate time.

There is a classic story in the Employment Case of China: a girl surnamed Wu in Tsinghua University looked for a job after graduation, but all the units rejected her on the grounds of too high education and no work experience. After countless times, she decided to change the original application method. She found out a high school diploma and soon became a handyman in a very good foreign company. Because of repeated employment failures, she cherishes her present job very much and regards it as a career. No matter how difficult it is, she always does it meticulously and passionately. Her attitude towards work and exuberant energy really surprised her boss, who not only praised her in a big way in the company, but also invited her to dinner. At dinner, she took out the undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree certificate of Sichuan University. The boss was very moved and appreciated her spirit of being a human being with her tail between her legs, so she was quickly promoted to be the logistics supervisor.

As a supervisor, she has another responsibility besides her enthusiasm for work. Responsibility makes her mature and strong, and responsibility makes her better. Half a year later, the boss praised her again and invited her to dinner. At dinner, she took out the diploma of Tsinghua University Business Administration and the master's diploma. The boss was shocked: Our company is really undiscovered talent! So she was quickly promoted to an independent branch manager.

Benjamin Franklin said: "If vitality makes people have a bright future, collective makes people tolerant and down-to-earth makes people realistic, then a deep sense of loyalty will make life just and meaningful." Because of her high loyalty to the company, her conscientious and diligent work has brought considerable profits to the company, which not only won the trust of the employees of the branch, but also won the recognition of the majority of shareholders. So the boss gave her a banquet again. During the dinner, the boss jokingly said, "Mr. Wu, you won't scare me again today, will you?" She smiled and handed the boss two notebooks with both hands. The boss took a look and was stunned: This is Tsinghua University's doctoral diploma and doctoral degree certificate!

In view of her personality, ability and qualifications, the board of directors quickly appointed her as the general manager of the company. At the inaugural meeting, she finally showed her postdoctoral status, which deeply touched the cadres and employees present.
