Li Guangzhong, male, Han nationality, 1965, 10 was born in Shaodong, Hunan. 1986 bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, Hunan University; 1989 master's degree in theoretical electrician, Department of Electrical Engineering, Hunan University. 1997 was promoted to associate professor and professor in 2003. He used to be the director of the electrical engineering department of Xiangtan Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, the director of Xiangtan vibrator factory and the director of the state-owned assets management office of Hunan Institute of Technology. He is currently the dean of the School of Applied Technology of Hunan Institute of Technology, and the tutor of master students majoring in electrical engineering in Hunan Institute of Technology and Hunan University of Technology. He is also the director of China Quality Supervision Information Association and Xiangtan Electrical Engineering Society.

Professor Li Guangzhong is the cross-century academic backbone of the former Ministry of Machinery Industry, mainly engaged in the research work in the field of electrical engineering, and his main direction is motor and its drive control. Presided over the completion of horizontal scientific research projects such as Hunan Natural Science Fund Project, Hunan Education Department Youth Science and Technology Fund Project and Hunan Institute of Technology Scientific Research Project; And participated in a project of the National Natural Science Foundation. His research won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of Hunan Education Commission. Won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of the former Ministry of Machinery Industry; Won the third prize of scientific and technological achievements of Hunan Institute of Technology; Obtained two national patents; More than 30 papers were published in Journal of Electrical Technology, 2 papers were included by IEEE and 2 papers were retrieved by ISPT.

In recent years, Professor Li Guangzhong has focused on the research of brushless doubly-fed generators and vibration motors, and put forward some unique structural ideas, research methods and research conclusions. A number of scientific research products put on the market have been developed, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved. At the same time, it undertakes the teaching and graduation design guidance of students in this discipline.
