Shunde Graduate School of University of Science and Technology Beijing (hereinafter referred to as "Shunde Graduate School") started school yesterday, which is a beautiful spring. This is the first off-site graduate school opened by University of Science and Technology Beijing in China. Mayor Zhu Wei said that Foshan hopes to deepen its strategic cooperation with universities such as University of Science and Technology Beijing in an all-round way, strengthen the collaborative innovation between universities and local governments and Industry-University-Research, and fundamentally enhance Foshan's scientific and technological innovation capability. President Yang of University of Science and Technology Beijing attended the event and delivered a speech.

Before the opening ceremony, the guests visited the History Museum of Shunde Graduate School. As a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, University of Science and Technology Beijing is an innovative platform for advantageous disciplines in the national "2 1 1 Project" and "985 Project" and a national "double-class" construction university. Shunde Graduate School was jointly established by University of Science and Technology Beijing and Shunde District Government on April 20 17, with a building area of 85,000 square meters.

Shunde Graduate School will focus on Foshan's urgently needed industries, focusing on new materials, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental protection, computers and communications, and strive to promote the transformation of Foshan's scientific research achievements.
