Ren Xiaolei was born in Baoji on 1970. Cui Yu, his mother, Weinan people and Xianyang people became famous in the northwest region in the 1960s, and were called the three great poets. Ren Xiaolei's father, Ren Yonghua, also performed in Shaanxi Opera. When Liang Qiuyan was put on the stage, he was premiering Dialogue between Liu Chunsheng and Liang Qiuyan. When Ren Xiaolei was eight years old, she seized an accidental opportunity to perform on the stage. A year later, she entered the Shaanxi Opera Research Institute, which is known as the "highest institution of opera in Northwest China", and officially started her career as an artist. During her six years in the Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Opera, Ren Xiaolei got a solid basic training. 1986, the year before Ren Xiaolei was about to graduate, the film "One Emperor through the ages" starring Li Dongqiao, the first actor who won the Plum Blossom Award in the Provincial Theatre Academy, started shooting. Ren Xiaolei stood out from all the students in the training class with her beautiful image and temperament consistent with her role, and was qualified to play the role of "Wei Ji".
1987 After the training course, she officially entered the Provincial Theatre Academy as an actress. Since then, with the care and support of leaders and the guidance of teachers, Ren Xiaolei has rehearsed many plays and shaped a large number of different types of stage artistic images, such as "Dou E" in Dou E Yuan; Zhu Feng in Qing Shui Yamen's Confused Official: Li Huiniang in West Lake; Cui Yun is borrowing a fan; "Li Shuling" and other modern drama "My son is too old to be a father" are stage figures with distinctive personalities and vivid images. Ren Xiaolei has been playing various supporting roles for a long time. For example, Gong Xiaohua of Ren Xiaolei is a supporting role in A Rose in Bloom. At first, Ren Xiaolei was a little depressed, but by carefully understanding the director's creative intention, carefully analyzing the psychological and personality characteristics of the characters in the play, and carefully studying the position and role of the characters in the play, she found that Gong Xiaohua's appearance in the play was precisely the key point of contradictions and conflicts in the play, but this small role repeatedly impacted the heart of the protagonist Joe, thus reflecting the greatness of Joe's professionalism and noble personality and becoming the cornerstone of Joe's image. With these experiences, Gong Xiaohua, played by Ren Xiaolei, won the performance award of the 6th China Drama Festival with his vivid and full characters, although he didn't have a single lyric. It is with the accumulation of supporting roles that Ren Xiaolei has a broader stage, which can adapt to different stage needs and create more and fuller roles. It is precisely because of years of artistic accumulation that she successfully created the image of a singer in a historical drama "Quetaigen Girl" and won the Plum Blossom Award.
