Su Tao, born in May of 197 1, was born in Liling, Hunan. /kloc-0 joined the work in July, 1990, and/kloc-0 joined China in June, 1992. From August, 20 16 to July, 200210, he served as the county magistrate of Youxian County, Hunan Province.

Liu Zhengping is the Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of Zhuzhou Municipal People's Congress in Hunan Province. From August 20265438 to September 2022, he served as the mayor of Liling City.
