On May 16, 2006, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television issued the Notice of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television on Adjusting the Film Review Committee and the Members of the Film Review Committee to the Radio, Film and Television Bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. According to the notice, according to the relevant regulations on film management, the party group of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television decided to adjust the film review committee and the composition of the film review committee after research and approval by Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China.
