Some Overseas Chinese Donation Projects of Huaqiao University Xiamen Campus
Patriotic overseas Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao donated nearly 40 million yuan to nine overseas Chinese donation projects of Huaqiao University and the foundation laying ceremony of the comprehensive teaching building in Xiamen Campus. Liu Zepeng, deputy director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, Zhang, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Xiamen Municipal Party Committee, chairman of the Chinese Education Foundation, Zou Erjun, chairman of the Fujian Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, deputy director of the Fujian-Hong Kong-Macao Economic Cooperation Promotion Committee, Wu, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Chen Lianhe, deputy director of the Municipal People's Congress and chairman of the Xiamen Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese,

On 20 12, the foundation stone laying and completion ceremony was held for Chenlou, Wan Chuan Administration Building and Loulou of Huaqiao University Xiamen Campus. Ma Rupei, deputy director of the State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, and Zhao Yang, vice president of China Overseas Exchange Association, attended the ceremony.

The groundbreaking ceremony of Chen Dalou will serve as the Chinese language education and training center of Huaqiao University. With a total construction area of 36,000 square meters, the building can accommodate 500 young students from China to study and live together. The building was built with a donation of 50 million yuan from Mr. Chen Yongzai, the famous overseas Chinese leader in the Philippines and the chairman of Philippine Airlines and vice chairman of Huaqiao University. This building is named after his father Chen.

Wan Chuan Administration Building, with a building area of 6,428 square meters, is a comprehensive building for teaching, scientific research and administration of Huaqiao University, which was built with a donation of HK$ 5 million from Zhang Zhimeng and Huang Liyu. Zhang Zhimeng is currently the director of Huaqiao University and the chairman of Xiamen Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Investment Group Co., Ltd. He named the donated building "Wan Chuan", which also has special significance for remembering his parents-his father's name is Zhang and his mother's name is Hong Xiuchuan.

Chan Meng Kam Building is a comprehensive teaching and administrative building with a total construction area of 6,428 square meters, which is the same as the administrative building in Wan Chuan. Chan Meng Kam, president of Huaqiao University and chairman of Macau Jinlong Group, donated 465.438 billion yuan to build it. Donors from these three buildings also attended the ceremony. Mr Chan Meng Kam also donated a school bus to Huaqiao University.

20 14 Li Bicong Music and Dance Building donated by Li Bicong, vice chairman of Huaqiao University, alumnus of Medical Department, director of Kangye Credit Group and president of Hong Kong Overseas Chinese Association, and Li Chaoyao Building, director of Huaqiao University donated by Indonesian overseas Chinese, were completed in Xiamen Campus. In 2004, Professor Du Zuyi, the curator of the museum, initiated the construction of the four-terminal cultural relics museum donated by celebrities at home and abroad, and opened it in Xiamen campus.

Li Bicong Music and Dance Building is located in Xiamen Campus. The building is seven stories high, with a building area of 1 1535 square meters. It looks like a piano and is used for teaching and research in the School of Music and Dance of Huaqiao University.

Li Chaoyao Building is a four-story building with a building area of 4,987 square meters. As the experimental building of architecture discipline in the School of Architecture, it provides teaching and research places for teachers and students of the School of Architecture.

The New Fourth Section Cultural Relics Museum is located next to the Golden Library. There are cultural relics area, painting and calligraphy area, Beituo District, hometown of overseas Chinese, Mr. Du Siduan who visited Hong Kong in the early days, Fujian Chamber of Commerce, Mai Jiqiang and Zhang Aihuate exhibition area. At present, there are hundreds of cultural relics in the museum, including many precious collections such as the original paintings of Liao Chengzhi's mother, Ms. He Xiangning.
