Shuangdui belongs to Suixi County, Huaibei City, Anhui Province, located at the southernmost tip of Suixi County, bordering Nanping Town in Suixi County in the northwest, Yongqiao District in Suzhou City in the northeast, Huaiyuan County in Bengbu City in the south and Mengcheng County in Bozhou City in the west. The maximum distance from east to west is 19 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 22.6 km, with a total area of 253.48 square kilometers.

As of 202 1, Shuangdui has jurisdiction over Cao Fang, Zhangwei, Shenhu, Liu Shi, Shuangdui, Wujing, Liwei, Chen Qiao, Lugou, Da Qiao, Luoji, Xiong Miao, Liulou, Weiwei, Sanhe, Xiedian, Gaojia, Zhumiao, Zhangji, Magou, Jeffery Ji and Zhaoyuan. The whole territory is plain, with a gentle slope from northwest to southeast, slightly higher in the middle, along the Feihe River in the south and Baligou in the north, with low terrain.
