1 Hong Min congou-Shouningyoufenye

Hong Min Kung Fu Tea is the general name of Zheng He Kung Fu Tea, Tan Yang Kung Fu Tea and Berlin Kung Fu Tea, all of which are Fujian specialties. The origin, variety, quality and style of the three kinds of congou tea are different, but each has its own consumers, and Sheng Xing is enduring for a hundred years.

(1) politics and time

Zhenghe Gongfu is produced in northern Fujian, mainly in Zhenghe County, and the black tea produced in Songxi and Qingyuan areas of Zhejiang Province is also concentrated in Zhenghe processing. Zhenghe County is characterized by overlapping mountains and rolling hills, mild climate and abundant rainfall, with an annual average temperature of 18.5℃ and an annual rainfall of 1600 mm. Tea gardens are mostly located on gentle slopes of forest plots, with deep soil layers, slight acidity and lush tea trees.

Zheng He's Kung Fu can be divided into two types: big tea and small tea. The big tea is Zhenghe Dabai tea, which is the top grade of the three great kungfu teas in Minhong. The shape is compact, the appearance is fat and dense, the color is dark, the soup is red, the aroma is fresh and the taste is strong, and the leaves are fat and red. Small tea is made of lobular seeds, with thin and tight strips, which are as fragrant as Qi Hong, but not long-lasting. The soup is slightly shallow, with mellow taste and even red leaves. Politics and Kung Fu take big tea as the main body, publicize its advantages of rich fragrance, and properly combine small tea with high fragrance, so senior politics and Kung Fu are particularly well-balanced, revealing their feelings and overflowing with fragrance. A hundred years of politics and hard work, once it comes out, will be famous. /kloc-in the middle of 0/9th century, the output reached more than 10,000 tons. After the war, the tea garden was deserted. By 1949, the annual output was only over 900 tons. Since then, efforts have been made to restore the traditional quality style, and the output and quality have rebounded. After the 1960s, due to the restructuring of green tea, only a small amount of production was maintained with an annual output of about 800 tons.

(2) Tan Yang Kung Fu

Tan Yang Kung Fu is widely distributed, mainly in Fuan, camel hair, Shouning, Zhouning, Xiapu and northern Pingnan. Tan Yang Kung Fu originated from Tanyang Village at the foot of Baiyun Mountain in Fu 'an. According to legend, during the Xianfeng and Tongzhi periods of the Qing Dynasty (A.D.1851-KLOC-0/874), Hu Fusi (also known as Hu) in Tanyang Village successfully tried out black tea and sold it to Western Europe via Guangzhou, which was very popular. Since then, tea merchants have entered the mountainous areas to seek markets, and then foreign firms have been set up. Tea from surrounding counties has gradually gathered in Tan Yang, and Tan Yang Kung Fu has become famous. Tan Yang Street is one kilometer long, with 36 tea shops, more than 3,000 employees and an output of more than 20,000 tons. Tea picking ranges from Xincun in Zhenghe County to Chiling in Xiapu County, and hundreds of miles to Fiona Fang, spanning seven or eight counties. It is the main producing area of Fuan black tea. It is sold to more than 20 countries and regions such as the Netherlands, Britain, Japan, Southeast Asia, etc., and the annual foreign exchange tea10 million yuan. At that time, a folk proverb said: "The country is rich and the people are strong, tea is exchanged for gold, boats are moored at Longfeng Bridge, and silver is measured." Later, due to the outbreak of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, sales were blocked and production was seriously damaged, and the output of Tan Yang Kung Fu dropped sharply. In the mid-1950s, in order to restore and improve the output and quality of Tan Yang Gongfu black tea, the state-run Tan Yang, Shuimen black tea primary processing factory and Fuan tea factory were successively established, and mechanized tea making was implemented, and excellent tea varieties such as Fuding Dabai tea, fuan dabaicha and Fuyun were introduced and propagated. 1960 production increased to 50,000 tons, a record high. Later, due to the change of tea layout, it changed from "red" to "green", and the rest of the time to understand foreign countries was running out. In recent years, with the efforts of relevant departments, foreign exploration has been resumed and developed, and the output of 1988 reached more than 8,000 tons.

Tan Yang Kung Fu is slender and uniform in appearance, with white hair, black and shiny color, fresh and sweet taste, bright and golden soup color and even and smooth leaves. Among them, the congou tea produced in Tan Yang, Shouning and Zhouning mountainous areas is mellow in taste and relatively fat in strips. The congou tea produced in Xiapu area, which faces the sea in the southeast, has bright colors and beautiful strips.

(3) the era of Bai Lin

Berlin Kung Fu is produced in the area of Mount Taimu in Fuding County, Berlin and Hulin. Taimu Mountain is located in the north of eastern Fujian, adjacent to Zhejiang, with high terrain, beautiful mountains, rugged rocks, vertical and horizontal canyons, and tea trees are often planted in cliff forests. Tea tree has deep roots and luxuriant leaves, and its buds are white and crystal clear. In 1950s, tea merchants in Fujian and Guangdong operated and processed congou tea in Fuding, extensively collected black tea from Berlin, Cui Jiao, Tiaoxi, Huanggang, Hulin, Pingyang, Taishun and other places in Zhejiang, and concentrated on Berlin processing, which resulted in Berlin Kung Fu. At the beginning of the 20th century, Fuding Hemaozhi tea brand, giving full play to the characteristics of Fuding Dabai tea, selected superior bud leaves to make congou tea, which has a compact and delicate appearance, contains a lot of orange yellow and white, and has a fresh and pleasant aroma. It is named "orange red" because of its bright red soup and leaves, which means red as oranges. It has unique style and is very popular in the international market.

Berlin congou is lobular black tea. The locally planted lobular tree species have the characteristics of much fluff, early germination and high yield. Generally, Berlin congou tea is slender and curved in shape, with granular fuzz, yellow and black color, light and bright soup color, pure and fragrant aroma, fresh and sweet taste, and red, yellow and bright leaves.
