Application information:

4. Written explanation of the process of joining foreign household registration: ① the type and number of China passport held when leaving the country; (2) the reason, time, place and naturalization approval department for joining foreign nationality; (3) When did you obtain permanent residency before naturalization? (4) Whether you have gone through the formalities of withdrawing from China nationality in China's embassies and consulates abroad;

5. Resume of the applicant: (explain in detail the time period before and after leaving the country, such as the applicant's study resume, permanent residency, naturalization, returning to China to live, etc.);

6. Relevant certificates of foreign nationality (naturalization certificate or identity certificate issued at the time of naturalization, etc. );

7. Show your foreign passport, and submit a translation of your passport and a copy of your Chinese visa and residence permit;

8. Registration certificate of temporary accommodation in China (issued by the police station);

9. The original certificate of cancellation of the applicant's household registration and the original China passport before naturalization;

10. Proof of the applicant's housing situation in China;

14. Basic information about the applicant's close relatives, nationality and residence, and written opinions on the applicant's reinstatement;

15. Proof that the applicant has no criminal record abroad (issued by the foreign police and certified by the embassy);

16. Other supporting materials deemed necessary by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ;

17. Two recent bareheaded two-inch color photos of the applicant.
