Beijing Winter Sports Management Center is a public welfare financial subsidy institution directly under Beijing Sports Bureau. Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) basic conditions

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Registration and qualification examination

This open recruitment takes the form of online registration and does not accept other forms of registration. Each candidate is limited to one position.

3. Qualification examination

According to the conditions of the recruitment position, the employer will conduct the preliminary qualification examination on the electronic materials submitted by the candidates, and those who pass the examination will be notified by the employer and allowed to take the written test.

(2) Organizing examinations

Take a combination of written examination and interview, and the specific time and place will be notified separately.

1. written test: full mark 100. The examination scope includes comprehensive quality, basic ability, knowledge related to employment and comprehensive ability. The written test results will be announced within 3 working days after the end of the written test, and the written test will be recorded throughout.

2. Interview: According to the order of written test scores from high to low, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1:3. The interview mainly examines the applicant's comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, language expression, improvisation and image instrument, with a full score of 100. Full interview video.

3. Qualified score: 60 points for written test and interview. If the written test scores do not reach the qualified score line, they will not enter the interview scope, and if the interview scores do not reach the qualified score line, they will not be listed as the object of investigation. If the number of people to be recruited and the number of people to be interviewed do not reach 1:3, our company will decide whether to recruit the position according to the actual situation.

4. Job replacement: If the ratio of the number of candidates to the number of interviewees is lower than 1:3 due to voluntary abandonment of the persons who entered the interview scope or other reasons, the job replacement can be made in turn according to the written test results, but the ratio shall not exceed 1:3 at most (except for the tied written test results).

5. Comprehensive scores: written test scores account for 50%, interview scores account for 50%, ranking is determined by comprehensive scores, and the full score is 100. The written test scores, interview scores and comprehensive scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.

(3) announcement of results

Announce the interview and comprehensive results within 3 working days after the interview. According to the ratio of each recruitment position 1: 1, among those who are qualified in the interview, the candidates who participate in the physical examination and inspection are determined in the order of comprehensive scores. Candidates who have objections to the published test scores and rankings should submit a written application for review to our unit within 3 working days after the publication of the test scores in all aspects. The scope of the audit includes missing comments on the answer sheet, missing scores, recording errors, input errors and ranking errors.

(4) Physical examination

The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and the specific time shall be notified separately. Those who did not participate in the medical examination or failed the medical examination will not be hired, and will be replenished according to the comprehensive scores from high to low. The relevant expenses involved in the medical examination shall be borne by the applicant himself.

(5) Investigation

Visit the original unit of the proposed employee, verify the relevant archival materials, and understand their actual performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance.

(6) Examination and approval of publicity

1. According to the written test, interview, physical examination and investigation results, determine the personnel to be hired, and publicize the list of personnel to be hired in our unit for 7 working days. Once the publicity begins, if the recruitment position is vacant again, it will not be postponed. If there is no objection after publicity, our unit will report the relevant materials to the Municipal Sports Bureau and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval, transfer and filing procedures. After approval, our unit signed an employment contract with the employed personnel.

2. Applicants should cooperate to complete the physical examination, examination and transfer within 45 days according to the time limit and requirements stipulated by our unit. If the work is not completed according to the time limit and requirements, its qualification will be cancelled.

(7) signing labor contracts

Our unit signs employment contracts with employees, and implements probation period, which is implemented in accordance with relevant policies of Beijing employment contract system. Those who pass the examination after the probation period will continue to be employed. The wages and benefits of the employed personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and Beijing institutions. Those who fail to pass the examination during the probation period will be disqualified and their files will be transferred to talent service institutions to choose their own jobs.

Four. Matters needing explanation

(a) candidates should complete the application materials, assessment, physical examination, file review, political review, employment and epidemic prevention and control according to the time limit and requirements stipulated by our unit. If the application is not completed within the prescribed time limit and requirements, it shall be deemed as an automatic waiver of the application.

(II) During the implementation of open recruitment organization, epidemic prevention measures will be implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, and relevant work arrangements will be appropriately adjusted when necessary, so candidates are requested to understand, support and cooperate. (3) Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment, and applicants must provide true and effective personal information, certificates, certificates and other related materials completely. Anyone who does not meet the registration requirements or provides false information or forges relevant materials will be disqualified from the examination or employment once verified, and all the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by himself.

(4) From the qualification examination to the end of the recruitment work, the applicant should ensure that the telephone number left when submitting the application materials is unblocked. If the telephone connection is not smooth, the applicant shall be responsible for the consequences.
