On July 5, 20 13, the signing ceremony of the teaching alliance of Shenbei University was held in the office building of the Department of Puhe Campus of Liaoning University. At the ceremony, the presidents of six universities in Shenbei first signed the Agreement on Sharing Educational Resources of Teaching Alliance in Shenbei University.
