In 2002, he was transferred to the Institute of Metrology and Testing Engineering of Ji Liang University in China.

He has successively presided over more than 10 projects entrusted by Zhejiang Science and Technology Department, State Quality Inspection Bureau and enterprises, published books 1 volume, published more than 20 academic papers and authorized 2 invention patents. Responsible for drafting 10 national standards (GB) and industry standards (JB).
