First open the excel spreadsheet program, and then open the spreadsheet to change the direction of the text.

Second, select the cell to change the text direction, and click "Cell Format" in the right mouse button menu.

Third, click Align in the Cell Format window.

4. Then, select "Vertical" on the right side of the alignment setting page and confirm.

5. Then return to the table, the direction of Excel text becomes vertical, and the problem is solved.
