Collection rules of photographic works

I. Participants

Participants in this activity are full-time undergraduates and postgraduates invited by Canon (China) Co., Ltd. to participate in the activity school (not only photography majors, but also photography majors from other majors are welcome to participate), and the specific candidates are finally determined by the instructor. Participants are required to log on to the corresponding page of "Marketing Activities" on the website of Canon (China) Co., Ltd. and fill in the "Registration Form" to sign up for the activities.

Second, the requirements for soliciting works

1. The collected works are divided into three categories: applied photography (including commercial advertising photography, commercial portrait photography and other works involving commercial purposes), special documentary and artistic concepts. Each contestant can choose one of them within the submission time limit, and the theme of the work is not limited. Among them, the application of photography and artistic conception to accept single photos and group photos, the number of group photos is limited to no more than 8, and each participant is limited to contributing one or one group; Special documentaries only accept group photos, each group is limited to 6 to 8 photos, and each participant is limited to contributing one group.

2. The submitted works must be shot with Canon digital SLR camera (the camera model is not limited, and the brands of accessories such as lens and flash are not limited). The organizing committee can provide a limited number of Canon digital SLR cameras to assist participants in shooting. Please contact the event contact for details.

3. All collected works must be works created in 2008.

4. Apply photography and artistic concept photography to accept works using digital creation methods.

Please attach a short description and author's resume (including name, school department, date of birth, contact information, etc.). ) to all submitted works.

6. The final work is submitted in the form of CD-R or DVD-R, stored in TIFF format (A4 format, resolution of 2480×3508), and all RAW files of shooting materials are provided. Conditional authors can also provide 1 1 inch photos for selection. If the author can't provide it, the A4-size photos printed by the organizing committee shall prevail.

7. Canon (China) Co., Ltd. enjoys the permanent and free right to use the final winning works in this solicitation activity, and has the right to use the winning works for related publicity and other activities, and to use the winning works for reproduction, display or publication. Canon (China) Co., Ltd. respects the author's right of authorship in the course of use.

8. Participants enjoy the copyright of the submitted works. Any responsibilities arising from the submission of works, such as copyright, portrait right and reputation right, shall be borne by the participants themselves, and Canon (China) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Blue Cursor Brand Management Consultant Co., Ltd. shall not bear any legal responsibilities.

9. The information provided by the contestants about the collected works shall be true, accurate and effective, and the adverse consequences caused by the untrue information provided by the contestants themselves or their own illegal acts shall be borne by the contestants themselves.

10, there is no charge for this activity and no rejection.
