Jin Liqun, male, 1949 was born in Changshu, Jiangsu Province in August. Graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University from 65438 to 0968, Jin Liqun wrote a lot about economics and finance, and published many monographs. So far, China is the first vice-ministerial senior official of ADB to serve as vice president, and the first vice president from China since the establishment of ADB. He used to be Vice Minister of Finance, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of China Investment Corporation, and Chairman of CICC, and now he is the Secretary General of the multilateral interim secretariat of AIIB.
