Lan Enmin, the county magistrate of Huangchuan County, promoted crayfish through live webcast to help local crayfish farmers increase sales and increase income. Huangchuan, known as Gwangju in ancient times, is the birthplace of China Huang and Chen, located in the southeast of Henan Province and the east-central Xinyang. In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), Gwangju was renamed Huangchuan.
