Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone was established in April 1993, with a planned area of 107 auxiliary road in the east, Kevin·Z Road in the south, Qilihe Bridge in the east of Zhongzhou Avenue in the west and Beiliu Road in the south of Longhai Railway Line in the north, with a planned area of 12.49 square kilometers. In February 2000, it was approved as a national economic and technological development zone, and the overall planning adjustment scope was "the triangle area of about 50 square kilometers south of Longhai Railway, west of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and east of Airport Expressway". In September of the same year, the Economic and Technological Development Zone entrusted the administrative villages around 17 for the first time, forming a 55.66 railway line from Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway in the east, around the city in the south, to the airport expressway in the west and to Longhai Expressway in the north. Brief introduction of Wu Zhenhua: Female, Han nationality, born in Xingyang, Henan Province, 1968, party member of the Communist Party of China, graduate degree, joined the work in July, 1986. Since February 2008, he has served as the director of the Land and Resources Branch of the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources.

The establishment bureau consists of 1 room, 4 groups and 1 team, namely, office, cadastre, utilization and transaction group, land utilization, planning and agricultural insurance group, land acquisition inventory and measurement group, land acquisition accounting group, letters and visits group and law enforcement supervision group.

By the end of 20 10, the land resources in this area were 2,332.4 hectares of cultivated land, 308.3 hectares of garden land, 962.4 hectares of woodland, 297.8 hectares of grassland, 322 hectares of urban and rural land, 640 hectares of traffic land, water areas and water conservancy facilities.

At present, all the land west of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway is included in Zhengzhou 450. A total of 2.5 square kilometers of basic farmland is reserved and adjusted to the southeast and both sides of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway to meet the demand for construction land for large-scale projects in the future. More than 8,000 mu of land east of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway will be adjusted and planned, laying a solid foundation for the economic and technological development zone to build an advanced manufacturing new city.
