In view of the large traffic volume and frequent traffic accidents on S208 line managed by our section, firstly, the obligation of reporting road conditions should be included in the responsibility of the daily maintenance section undertaker for assessment; Secondly, in accident-prone sections, people with good political quality and high consciousness should be trained to be activists who love and protect highways, and road damage cases should be reported to the road administration team at the first time, and road administration personnel should rush to the scene in the shortest time for effective treatment; Third, strengthen the management of automobile maintenance yards and repair shops within the jurisdiction, strive for initiative, and make them actively cooperate with us to claim compensation for damaged road products; Fourth, strengthen cooperation with the traffic police departments within the jurisdiction, so that the road property damage cases will not be closed without opening the road property compensation invoice. This year is a five-year "national inspection" year. In order to meet the "national inspection", our section has carried out large and medium-sized repairs on several sections of the managed S208 line, and assisted the construction unit to organize relevant personnel to do the preliminary work to ensure the construction safety and smooth traffic. In the process of construction, supervise and guide the construction unit to set up obvious construction signs and safety signs at both ends of the construction section, and add safety signs for construction instructions, warning piers and signs such as speed limit and overload prohibition at the construction site.
6. Continue to rectify irregular crossings and cooperate with local governments to do the aftermath.
Irregular plane intersection is difficult to standardize at one time, especially when the intersection has a certain historical period, it is easy to intensify contradictions. Over the past year, the crossing has been rectified and standardized, totaling 1000 meters.

According to the deployment of the Administration, our department has strengthened the management of over-limit work. First, the relevant systems have been improved internally, and the working systems such as the Measures for the Management of Overlimit Inspection Teams, the Measures for the Management of Bills, the Emergency Plan, and the Measures for the Supervision of Road Administration Section of XX Highway in Guizhou Province have been formulated.
