2. Expenditure purpose, calculation reason, fund allocation, etc. Need to explain in detail. All standards or unit prices are in yuan, accurate to one place. Foreign currency is converted into RMB at the spot exchange rate published by the People's Bank of China.

3. If the equipment cost is more than or equal to 654.38+10,000 yuan, it shall be separately explained in the "Description of Capital Budget" part of the text, and three quotations shall be provided for uploading as attachments. 4. For projects with cooperative units, the project applicant and the cooperative research unit shall separately prepare the capital budget, which shall be summarized by the project leader (or applicant) after being reviewed and signed by the scientific research and financial department of the cooperative research unit. Explain the name, unit type, division of tasks, person in charge of research tasks, the amount of funds undertaken, the proportion of total funds and whether a cooperation agreement has been signed in the budget statement.

1.
