State subsidies to special families 1, rural social security:

(1) If a severely disabled person who belongs to Grade II or above (including Grade II) participates in the rural old-age insurance, the Municipal Finance Bureau will pay social security for him according to 50% of the minimum payment level, and the county people's government will pay the full amount to the severely disabled person who enjoys the minimum living allowance (Grade II or above).

2. Urban residential insurance:

(1) Social security is paid by severely disabled people who belong to Grade II or above and disabled people with one disability in one household. The county party committee and the county government shall pay social security on behalf of 50% of the minimum payment level, and pay social security for severely disabled people (above Grade II) who enjoy the urban minimum living allowance and disabled people in one household. The county people's government pays in full according to the minimum level of individual contributions.

(2) The county people's government gives 10% subsidy to the insurance payment of urban and rural residents of the one-child family;

(3) During the period of the insured's responsibility for joining the army, the county people's government shall pay the minimum level of social security in full according to the individual. Urban and rural residents who cancel the social security payment of two female ligation households enjoy the subsidy policy of government departments. All special families pay social security mainly by verifying valid certificates (if the valid certificates are lost, they need to go to the corresponding units to reissue valid certificates), and those without certificates may not agree. Conscripts who pay social security during their active service and enjoy the minimum living guarantee for severely disabled people shall be issued with supporting documents by the county civil affairs bureau.
