(2) The unit has terminated the labor contract with the employee, but did not enjoy the annual leave of the current year. How to calculate annual leave?
In this regard, the "Measures" stipulate that when the employer and the employee dissolve or terminate the labor contract, if the employee is not arranged to take annual leave in the current year, the number of annual leave days that should be taken should be converted according to the working hours of the employee in the current year and paid?
