He is currently a researcher and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Institute of Pharmacology, China Academy of Sciences. Mainly engaged in the basic and applied research of medicinal chemistry, involving medicinal chemistry, organic synthesis and computer-aided drug design. As the project leader, he has successively undertaken the national high-tech "863" plan, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and other fund projects. In recent years, around the synthesis of new structural lead compounds, new organic synthesis methodology research has been carried out, which has been carried out in chemistry &: Biology, Journal of Biochemistry, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Express, Journal of Organic Chemistry, Journal of Combinatorial Chemistry, Journal of Biophysics, Journal of Pharmacological Experimental Therapeutics, Modern Medicinal Chemistry, Bioorganic and Chemistry. Amp has published more than 0/00 papers in Medicinal Chemistry, Tetrahedral Express, Pharmaceutical Metallurgy and Disposal at home and abroad. Participated in writing 5 monographs, applied for 30 patents and obtained 5 patent certificates.
