Hua Meng Railway starts from Haole Baoji, Erdos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, passes through seven provinces including Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi, and ends in Ji 'an City, Jiangxi Province, with a total length of 18 14 km.

The project line starts from Haole Baoji Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, passes through Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Shaanxi Province, Shanxi Province, Henan Province, Hubei Province and Hunan Province, and ends at Ji 'an Station in Jiangxi Province, with a total length of 18 14 km, in which the environmental impact assessment document of Jingzhou-Yueyang section has been approved separately (Shen Huan [2013] No.336). The new main line of this project is 1668.95438+0 km, and the related projects are 126.927 km.

This project is a new first-class national railway, electric traction and mixed passenger and freight transportation. Haole Baoji-Jingzhou section is double-line, Yueyang-Ji 'an section is single-line, and double-line conditions are reserved. The designed driving speed is 1.20km/h, the whole line is fully enclosed, and the overpass is designed. The main line is a ballasted track, and a ballastless track with elastic support blocks is laid in the tunnel, which is more than 6 km long.

Total length of subgrade 1038.757 km, bridge 297. 12 1 km /702, tunnel 457.504 km /228. There are 74 new stations, 37 traction substations, 5 coal gathering and transportation stations and 5 temporary coal storage yards.

The total length of Hua Meng Railway is 1.8 1.4 km, which spans seven provinces of Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi. The estimated investment is1.70 billion yuan. It is another long-distance coal transportation channel after Daqin Line (Datong, Shanxi to Qinhuangdao, Hebei) in China.

Starting from Haole Baoji in Inner Mongolia, the cities along the way mainly include Erdos, Yulin in Shaanxi, Yan 'an in Shaanxi, Yuncheng in Shanxi, Sanmenxia (Lingbao Cave) in Henan, Nanyang in Henan, Xiangyang in Hubei, Jingmen in Hubei, Jingzhou in Hubei, Yueyang in Hunan, Yichun in Jiangxi and Xinyu in Jiangxi, and the destination is Ji 'an in Jiangxi.

Hubei Development and Reform Commission-Hua Meng Railway was completed and opened to traffic.
