Yu Rongguang, born on August 30th, 1958, is the son of Yu Mingkui, a famous Peking Opera performer. 1 1 years old, he was admitted to Beijing Leifeng Peking Opera Troupe and studied martial arts as an actor. He has been studying Peking Opera for ten years since he was a child. In the late 1970s, he became the backbone of the troupe and won many awards in the national grand prix.
