Born on September 17th of the lunar calendar, 1963, he was born in a folk Yi-ology family. He was trained in poverty since he was a child, and studied Zhouyi's numerology, Feng Shui and Confucianism. Combining the Yijing theory with objective practice, combining the strengths of many Yijing experts, and organically combining with modern philosophy, sociology and psychology, it forms a unique comprehensive discipline.

Mr. Guo Fu studied under the Zhouyi Department of Shandong University founded and directed by Weng Pei and Liu Dajun, presidents of China Yi Society. Professor Yu Xixian from Peking University, Feng Shui Seminar; Graduate student in psychology, China Academy of Sciences; China Dictionary of Contemporary Yi-ology Culture is a special representative of the first academic exchange meeting of Zhouyi in Shandong University. I graduated from the Intellectual Development Center of People's Daily with high marks. Over the past 30 years, Guo Fu's excellent lectures, such as Historical Evolution of the Book of Changes Wisdom, Book of Changes Wisdom and Modern Feng Shui, Book of Changes Wisdom and Living Environment, and Book of Changes Wisdom and Success Idea, have left footprints in more than 50 large and medium-sized cities in China, and have visited Britain, Australia, Germany, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan Province Province and other countries and regions many times, and many enterprises and individuals have obtained them through good information adjustment. He is the author of many books, such as A Preliminary Survey of Numerology, Geographical Wisdom of Rich Countries, Numerology Wisdom of Rich Countries, Wisdom of Lao Zi of Rich Countries, and Journey to Rich Countries during the Eighth Five-Year Plan. He is currently the executive director of China Yijing Association and a visiting professor of China Yijing Association.
