After the false enthusiasm, everyone began to introduce themselves and record each other's names. This is also what I think is hypocritical. I lost that paper a long time ago, and I don't know where it went. At first, it was a group discussion, making names, logo, slogans and so on. Choose a person to represent this group. Next, a case about Ford is given, the advantages and disadvantages of management are analyzed, and a conclusion is summarized. Later, I gave a store information and asked the team to make a marketing plan and marketing poster.

At the end of the group discussion, I found I couldn't fit into the group. Too many people want to lead the tour, but they are capable and incapable, and I don't like quarreling with strangers very much, so I almost gave up before the end. Very unwilling.

I don't remember the process, but I have the following feelings:

1. Personal ability is very important, but it is not a very simple thing to know how to keep yourself ahead in a team without losing yourself.

2. Be flexible in thinking. The teacher said that diligence can make up for it, but it is actually a lie to the children. Children can still make up for it. When they are college students, there is not much room for development. Admit the reality.

Always have good self-cultivation, honorable appearance and decent performance, because he chooses employees who can represent his company in the future. Being handsome and beautiful is not your advantage, you should have temperament and culture.
