How should I write my resume?
Work resume, personal education, major, contact information, relevant certificates obtained, etc. It's all basic information If the basic information is written truthfully, there is nothing to say. The remaining three focuses are self-evaluation, work experience and project experience, and then these three parts are expounded respectively.

First of all, self-evaluation should focus on showing individual's unique core competitiveness.

After working in HR for more than HR 10 years, the most common part about self-evaluation is to write some comments such as "hard work and strong learning ability", but to be honest, this is not what the employer HR and the interviewer want to see.

In a resume, the real meaning of self-evaluation is to clearly explain why you are qualified for the position in a short and concise sentence.

For example, if you are a person who has accumulated rich practical experience in a certain industry or position, you can show how many years of experience you have and what you have been responsible for in this process, and then briefly introduce the results and achievements of one or two cases that you have done most successfully, so that the interviewer can quickly know where your core strengths are. If it happens to be what the employer needs, you can further look at the specific work experience and project experience.

Second, work experience focuses on the part that is most closely related to the position you are applying for.

If you have several years of work experience, generally speaking, you will be responsible for a lot of work, and it is impossible to list all the work on your resume. At this time, you must make a choice.

In the writing of work experience, most people's habit is to pick out the work that they think is the best and brightest, and usually takes up the most time and energy. Of course, there is nothing wrong with this, but there is a big flaw in writing a resume like this, and it is not considered from the perspective of the employer. It is not surprising that few interview invitations were received after the resume was submitted.

Let's take an example to illustrate that if I want to recruit a compensation specialist for my department, because this usually involves the performance appraisal of bonuses and commissions of some business people, my ideal candidate should also have some simple performance experience.

A job seeker submitted her resume, but she felt that she was only really responsible for the calculation of half a year's performance commission, which was not worth mentioning, so it was not reflected in her resume. Then I will feel inappropriate when screening my resume, so I will not read it.

This example is given to illustrate that when writing a resume, you must search more recruitment websites and apps to see the position you want to apply for, what are the specific work contents and requirements, and then choose those that meet these requirements in your own work;

On the other hand, for the position you particularly like, you can also "tailor-made" a resume for this position, and reflect all your work experience related to this position on your resume as much as possible, so that you will have a greater chance of getting an interview.

Three. The project experience is clearly stated according to the star principle.

The selection principle of project experience is the same as work experience, and the requirements of the target position should also be considered. In the specific description of project experience, the star principle can be adopted:

S: Introduce the background of the project, and focus on letting the interviewer see the difficulties of the project;

T: Introduce the specific objectives and tasks of the project;

A: Tell me about the action you have taken. Facing challenging goals and tasks under difficult conditions, how to plan and act step by step, what problems have been encountered and how to solve them in the end;

R: introduce the final result of the project. It is best to present it in the form of data.
