The rural minimum living standard is determined according to "the minimum living standard for rural residents is not less than 35% of the per capita consumption expenditure of rural residents in the whole city in the previous year". Jinning District, Fumin County, Yiliang County, Songming County, Shilin County and Yangzonghai Scenic Area in Anning City were adjusted from 320 yuan/person/month to 340 yuan/person/month; Dongchuan District, Luquan County and Xundian County were adjusted from 295 yuan/person/month to 340 yuan/person/month.

The standard of destitute dependents is not less than 1.3 times of the urban minimum living standard, and the standard of decentralized support is calculated according to 85% of the standard of centralized support: the standard of centralized support is adjusted from 720 yuan/person/month to 770 yuan/person/month; The standard of decentralized support is adjusted from 600 yuan/person/month to 660 yuan/person/month.
