Ouyang Quan, a native of Heyuan, Guangdong Province, was a deputy to the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress and a member of the Standing Committee of the Baoan District Political Consultative Conference. 1985 came to Shenzhen to start a business. He is now the chairman of Shenzhen Baoan Huafeng Industrial Co., Ltd.
