1956, Yin Bolin was born in an artistic family in Harbin. Grandpa is a famous old artist of Hebei Bangzi. His father is a soloist in an art troupe and his mother is a music teacher. At the age of six, he and his younger brother Zhuo Lin performed a model play together. Seeing that the two brothers had artistic talent, their parents began to let their younger brother Bolin learn the keyboard, so Bolin became proficient in many musical instruments. 1974, the army art troupe came to Harbin to recruit literary and art soldiers, and Yin Bolin signed up and lost the election.

1974- 1984, Bolin, who stayed in Harbin, joined the propaganda team of Harbin Traffic Police Detachment and learned everything about playing the accordion, singing, dancing, recitation and drama performance. He was quite famous in Harbin at that time. At the age of 28, Yin Bolin finally got his wish and was admitted to the Beijing Military Region Comrades Art Troupe.
