Guo, Vice Chairman of the Organizing Committee of China (Huai 'an) International Food Expo and Minister of Exhibition Department of China International Chamber of Commerce, attended the event and delivered a speech. Speech by Gu Kun, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Organizing Committee of China (Huai 'an) International Food Expo and Vice Mayor of Huai 'an Municipal People's Government. Relevant ministries and commissions, foreign embassies, business associations, more than 70 well-known food enterprises and more than 60 domestic mainstream media participated in the event.

20 18 China (Huai 'an) International Food Expo will be held in Huai 'an Sports Center from April 19, 2065438 to April/2, 2065438. The first Food Expo highlighted the theme of "green, ecology, safety and innovation", and created a platform integrating large-scale exposition, high-level dialogue, forum discussion, food gathering and investment cooperation by carefully creating three sections: theme exhibition, high-end summit and food competition.

This food fair is the "China" international fair approved by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the only international food fair approved by the provincial government in Jiangsu Province. Sponsored by China International Chamber of Commerce, China Food Industry Association, China Food and Packaging Machinery Industry Association and China Cuisine Association, and undertaken by Provincial Department of Commerce, Provincial US Food and Drug Administration, Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Huai 'an Municipal People's Government.
