Section 2 Application

Seventeenth holders of military, armed police motor vehicle driver's license, or foreign motor vehicle driver's license, in line with the provisions of the conditions, you can apply for the corresponding quasi-driving motor vehicle driver's license.

Article 18 An applicant for a motor vehicle driver's license shall apply to the vehicle management office in accordance with the following provisions.

(1) If you live at the domicile, apply at the domicile.

(two) living outside the domicile, can apply at the place of residence;

(three) active servicemen (including armed police) to apply in their place of residence;

(4) Overseas personnel apply at their place of residence or residence;

(five) to apply for increasing the number of quasi-driving models, it shall apply at the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued;

(six) to receive full-time driving vocational education and apply for increasing the number of quasi-driving models of large buses and tractors, the application shall be made at the place where the education is received.

Article 19 To apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for the first time, an application form shall be filled in and the following documents shall be submitted:

(1) the identity certificate of the applicant;

(2) physical condition certificate issued by medical institutions at or above the county level or at the regimental level. To apply for a small automatic passenger car for the disabled, a physical condition certificate issued by a specialized medical institution designated by the Provincial Health Department shall be submitted.
