He is currently the vice president and chief general manager of Wanxiang Group Corporation, the chairman of Dading Petroleum Storage Co., Ltd. and the chairman of Zhejiang Wanxingheng Service Co., Ltd., and once served as the executive deputy director of Xiaoshan Development Zone Management Committee, the standing committee member of Binjiang District Committee, the executive deputy district head and the executive vice president of Bai Rong Group.
