Tang slightly graduated from Peking University with a master's degree. Committed to TCM research and TCM culture dissemination. He studied under Hu Youheng, a famous doctor in Jiangxi, and Fu Yalong, chief physician of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has published many books on traditional Chinese medicine, such as Yu Fengxian's Experience Compilation and Four Essentials of Physicians, and served as the editorial board of Peking University Traditional Medicine Strategy Series.
