The predecessor of the College, Sichuan Aerospace Industry School, was founded in 1965, and it belongs to the Seventh Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (Sichuan Aerospace Technology Research Institute). It is the only higher vocational college of national defense science, technology and industry system in Sichuan. 20 1 1 approved by the Sichuan provincial department of education and the Sichuan provincial department of finance, the college became the second batch of provincial-level demonstration higher vocational colleges in Sichuan province.
The college focuses on engineering, highlighting key majors in machinery and electronics, developing dominant majors in computer, management and art, and forming a professional pattern with complete categories and coordinated development.
