Zhang Zhiyong, male, Han nationality, born in September, 1963, a native of Dongping, Shandong, joined the party in June, 1998, a graduate student and researcher. At present, he is the deputy director of the Education Department of Shandong Province, the national inspector, the vice chairman of the Shandong Provincial Committee for Democratic Progressive Party, the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Political Consultative Conference, the executive director and academic member of the China Education Association, the vice chairman of the Education Branch of the China Education Association, and the chairman of the Target Teaching Professional Committee.

1985 graduated from qufu normal university in July, engaged in educational science research.
