The English full name of GPA is Grade Point Average, which means average grade point average. The GPA of American general courses is 4.0, that is, A=4, B=3, C=2, D= 1. The accuracy of GPA often reaches 1 to 2 digits after the decimal point, such as 3.0 and 3.45.

GPI (Real Progress Index) is a "real development index", and GDP sometimes does not truly reflect a country's economic development, so GPI is used to evaluate the true portrayal of a country's economic development.
