On the one hand, the headhunter said that he had found about three or four suitable lists. You passed the preliminary exam, or you didn't even read your resume. This is equivalent to passing the primary election to receive resumes. On the other hand, the employing department makes an actual evaluation based on the resume provided by the headhunter. If the manager of the employment department likes you, you will have two chances. Otherwise, you have no hope. Don't pin your hopes on headhunters. They are no different from those who are recruited on the spot.

You don't need expert advice. Having a headhunter is not necessarily a good thing. Now many headhunters are not responsible for collecting information and sending it to customers. Sometimes they don't interview you at all, but directly interview the employer.
