Characters experience of Zhang Ankang
1985 served as tutor of master students in southeast university, 1990 was promoted to professor. 1993 Up to now, he has enjoyed the special government allowance of the State Council, and 1995 served as the vice president of Wuxi Branch of Southeast University. In 2003, he served as the director of the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering in sanjiang university (now the dean of the School of Electronic Engineering), and in 2004, he served as the director of the sanjiang university Electrical and Information Comprehensive Experimental Center.

He has taught undergraduate courses such as reliability and effectiveness analysis of semiconductor devices, semiconductor device manufacturing technology, integrated circuit manufacturing technology, semiconductor device physics, semiconductor materials and special semiconductor devices, and postgraduate courses such as potassium arsenide device physics, VLSI reliability physics and semiconductor device physics.

Since 2003, sanjiang university has successively set up undergraduate majors such as electronic science and technology, communication engineering, microelectronics, measurement and control technology and instruments.

The educational reform projects under study include: the 11th Five-Year National Project "Research on the Training Mode of Applied Talents in Chinese Universities", "Research and Practice on the Construction of Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center in Private Undergraduate Colleges" and "Further Development of Practical Teaching Reform-Perfecting' 4+1'module teaching method".

The national, provincial, ministerial and school-level key scientific research projects mainly include: molten glass passivation technology and its application, internal glass passivation plastic-encapsulated diodes, internal glass micro-devices, multi-functional program-controlled Bi-CMOS flash memory integrated circuits, and exploration and research of high-k gate dielectric.

He has published more than 40 papers at home and abroad, and edited or edited (translated) 8 books.
