Father Li Hu was one of the eight pillar countries in the Western Wei Dynasty, and he was called the Duke of Longxi County. He was well educated and influenced by his father Li Hu since he was a child. He studied literature and martial arts at the same time to cultivate good posture and good martial arts skills. He is good at using long guns and dancing dragons out of the water, and he is elusive, and dozens of people are hard to get close to; Dare to pull a hard bow, pierce the Yang with a hundred paces. At the age of thirteen or fourteen, he rode a fine horse and fought with his father in the south and north, desperately killing the enemy and repeatedly making outstanding achievements. He became his father's right-hand man and protected him several times in the battle. Li Hu loves this son very much.

During the Eastern and Western Wei Dynasties, there were frequent wars between the two countries, and he often fought under his father. In a battle, Yu Wenjue, a young marshal of the Western Wei Dynasty, was defeated by Gao Yang of the Eastern Wei Dynasty. He running all the way, hot pursuit, Yu Wenxuan's life is at stake. Li Fang was quick-witted, and an arrow hit Gao Yang in the middle of his left arm, almost falling off his horse. Yu Wenxuan was saved, so he was promoted to general after returning to Korea. Du Fu, one of the eight masters of the Western Wei Dynasty, was brave and handsome. He asked his client to propose to his family and married his fourth daughter, Du Xu. He took office with a virtuous and intelligent wife, Cai Jia, and often gave Liu Yun advice, which made him manage five industries in Anzhou prosperously and one side was safe. He was very appreciated by emperors and ministers and praised him for his good management.

Li Fang is a gentle man. Although Anzhou was in the border area of the Northern Zhou Dynasty and belonged to the front line of the war, perhaps out of excessive love, during his tenure, he took his son Li Yuan with him and sent him to the local township school for enlightenment education.
